Sunday Dinner with my dad has become a tradition. Typically we grill out every Sunday now. Whether its Salmon, Tuna, Steak, Ribs, Chicken, Wings, anything!

| This is baked mashed potatoes, but it's mixed with light cheese and cauliflower. Sounds kinda weird or gross, but it was pretty good! While my dad boiled the potatoes we put a tray over the pot and the cauliflower rested on top making them soft and mushy which made them easy to mash with the potatoes. |
